1896年與1898年清政府外債三張，分別為：①1896年「五釐金債」£50；②③1898年「四年半金債」各一張，面額£100和£50。均由德華銀行承辦，德、英雙語票面，橙紅/棕紅雕花邊框，蓋大型紅色滿文官印，附全套息票。為晚清在德國市場籌資、以海關與鐵路收入作擔保之代表性公債實物。
