六張1913年中華民國政府隴海鐵路五釐金債£20公債，為民國初年英法銀行團承辦的重大外債之一，藍色雕花設計，票面蓋紅色「中華民國政府之印」，雙語（法、英）對照並附全息票，發行末為鐵路建設及償還清債債務。

Printed in blue with ornate borders, bearing a large red seal “Government of the Chinese Republic,” bilingual in French and English with full coupons attached. Issued for railway construction and repayment of late Qing debts.
