sent from “Chuchien”, bearing one Taiwan Official Postal Stamp affixed at upper right. The official form is printed with blue ornamental frame, showing accounting notations in red and black inks with manuscript date fully filled in, complete in format. Very rare.
addressed to “Imperial Commissioner Lin, Assistant for Pacification and Reclamation Affairs of Taiwan, Grand Minister of the Court of Imperial Stud, wearing the Second Rank Cap.” The envelope is manuscript-dated in brush and tied by a large red official seal chop. Very rare.
