1934與1937年上海工部局「五釐公債」各一張，面額分別為$100與$1,000，票面採橘金色雕花邊框設計，中央繪上海工部局大樓圖案，蓋紅色鋼印並具財務長與會計官親筆簽名。此系列公債以租界年度稅收作為擔保，用於國際公共租界的市政建設、道路與基礎設施融資，背面印有完整條款說明。

These loans were secured by annual revenue from the International Settlement and used to finance municipal works, roads, and infrastructure projects, with full terms and conditions printed on the reverse.
