約1951年美國「韓戰服役獎章」一枚，頒授予1950至1954年間參與韓戰行動之美軍官兵。正面圖案為首爾南大門（崇禮門），背面飾太極圖與「United States of America」銘文，附原藍白相間緞帶。銅質製成，保存良好，具有美軍朝鮮戰爭時期紀念與收藏價值。
