1904-05年日本「日俄戰役從軍紀念章」一枚，銅質製，配藍綠相間緞帶，橫飾牌題「日俄戰役從軍紀念」。正面飾菊花禦紋與交叉軍旗，背面刻有紀念銘文。緞帶因年代久遠略有磨損，整體包漿自然，為日本明治時期頒授予參與日俄戰爭軍人之典型紀念章，具有歷史與收藏價值。
bronze issue with “Russo-Japanese War” bar and blue-green striped ribbon. Obverse depicting Imperial chrysanthemums and crossed flags, reverse with commemorative inscription. Ribbon shows wear from age.
