A group of 12 silver and copper coins of Tibet, including early and mid-20th century issues from the Lhasa and Kong-par mints, dated from the late 17th century to 1948,

the assemblage features several types such as Ga-ru copper tangka, traditional “sun and moon” and “lotus flower” silver patterns, and later issues bearing Tibetan inscriptions with intricate Buddhist motifs. A varied and historically rich selection illustrating Tibet’s distinctive numismatic tradition. Grades mostly from Fine to Extremely Fine, with natural toning and attractive patina.
