written by Mr. Huang who was once teacher of Hu Hang Wen, with stamps off but with originating Canton cds. and indistinct arrival marking. Letter proposes to use 33 characters as "pin-yin" elements for Cantonese dialect and requested funding for publishing such technique. A summary of the letter was written on a narrow strip and glued to the cover by Dr. Sun Yat Sen , revealing that this Mr. Huang's office was within Hong Kong & Shanghai Banking Corporation Shameen branch office.
